Containing our high protein whole wheat Einkorn flour, these full-flavored pancakes are easy to digest and will fill even the hungriest of bellies! Try them topped with maple syrup or our favorite - peanut butter and honey.

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Makes approximately 10 4" pancakes

Ingredients: Whole wheat Einkorn flour, buttermilk powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
