A heritage grain known for its rich history in the Great Plains, Turkey Red Flour has a rich nutty taste and good gluten strength. It is excellent for making artisan breads, sourdough, pancakes, and cookies.
We recommend using 3/4 of the flour called for in your favorite recipes and slowly adding more until you've reached the desired dough consistency. Our stone-milled flour is thirsty, fresh, and nutrient dense!
